The center has the most comprehensive membrane manufacturing technologies in China and can produce a full range of membrane products including ultra-filtration membrane, spiral composite reverse osmosis membrane, spiral composite nano-filtration membrane.
Ultra-filtration membranes:
The center uses a phase inversion method to produce ultra-filtration membranes, which are made of poly (ether sulfone), polyvinylidene fluoride and polyvinyl chloride. The membrane pore sizes range from 0.1μm to 10,000 molecular weight cut-off.
The units are hollow and spiral, of which the sizes are from 4 inches (254px) to 8 inches (508px).
Spiral composite reverse osmosis membranes:
The center uses interfacial polymerization techniques to produce reverse osmosis membranes, which are made of polyamide and modified polyamide.
Products such as ultra-low pressure reverse osmosis, low-pressure reverse osmosis, seawater desalination, contamination resistance and monomer materials synthesis and elements are available from 4 inches (254px) to 8 inches (508px) in size.
Spiral composite nano-filtration: Materials for this type of membrane include polypiperazine amide and polyamide; manufacturing techniques of standardized products such as NF-40 NF-70 and NF-90 are owned.
International advanced interfacial polymerization techniques are used to produce nano-filtration membranes. Elements are available from 4 inches (254px) to 8 inches (508px) in size.
