I. Guidelines
The company maintains people orientation and its development demand during the 12th Five-Year Plan period, and combines “specialized division of work, detailed management and scale operation” with “cultivation and introduction” to optimize talent team. It improves talents’ quality by building effective competition and incentive system, attracts and retains talents to become a first-class enterprise featuring first-class talents and management.
II. Overall objectives
The company has built a talent team building system and high-quality talent team adaptable to its own development, and creating a favorable growth environment for talents by 2015. It implements “1511” talent plan, namely, one team, 50 registered engineers, ten academic leaders and ten senior marketers.
