The company builds its own talent reserve system and echelon to focus on training candidates for senior managers or senior professionals.

The company has issued the Talent Development Plan under the 12th Five-year Plan Period and the Several Opinions about Strengthening Building of Expert Team. Based on the Plan and the Opinions, the company would build “1511” talent team at the end of the 12th Five-year Plan period, including multiple registered engineers and expert team. These personnel would receive allowances corresponding to their technical levels and play corresponding role in technology field. The company will focus on training them.
