Recently, HWTT’s seawater desalination station system and desalination water station system supporting EPC general contracting project of natural gas to methanol in the Far East market have won the bid. This marks the official implementation of HWTT’s first demonstration project of seawater desalination station and desalination water station in the Far East market.
The EPC general contracting project of natural gas to methanol is the first project of China Chengda Engineering Co., Ltd. in the Far East area. It is also a fruitful result in the implementation of the national “the Belt and Road initiatives”. Our seawater desalination station and desalinated water station, as the only water supply center, are one of the most important aspects of the entire project. Due to the tight design schedule, poor construction conditions, and highly quality requirements, Chengda Company spent half a year investigating and communicating with the world’s well-known water treatment companies in order to choose a partner. HWTT’s technical team has won the recognition of Chengda Company with our rigorous working attitude, professional technical level and rich overseas engineering experience. As a result, HWTT stood out in multiple rounds of competition and won the contract of two systems.
The total water supply of this project is nearly 20,000 tons per day. As a subcontractor, HWTT used the world’s most advanced double-membrane seawater desalination technology and provided the project with an overall modular design concept, including design, procurement, complete set, supply, debugging and other services. Take the lead in the Far East water treatment market is not only a milestone for HWTT, but also a demonstration and guiding significance for the implementation of overseas projects by Chinese water treatment companies.
