Led by Mr. Meng Youguo, the chief inspector for the Center’s marketing, planned and organized by the Department of Market, the fully- closed expansion training in which all personnel at Center’s marketing post participated was held in Simingshanju, Ningbo City from August 2 to August 4,2013 .
Since 2009, the expansion training of marketing post held by the Center in summer each year has been turned into a tradition. After Baimashan expansion activities, which was planned and organized by the Center’s Department of Market, was held successfully followed by splitting from commercial company last year, the expansion training aims to summarize the experience of organizing expansion activities in the light of the working nature of sale personnel at different departments to carry out this year’s expansion for the purpose to all-round display and drill sale personnel’s business abilities.
The expansion activities for two days include two main parts: firstly, to test that sale personnel should possess basic business etiquette when facing customers, degree of grasping the company’s resources, and the abilities to listen to and flexibly response oppositions by simulating the scene of business telephones, interview and negotiation. Secondly, to run through entire process of the expansion -----simulating tender: simulating business owners’ organizational structure, bidding process, scene of opening tender on spot to all-round test the sale personnel’s bidding attitude, and the abilities to exploit business owners’ information and help business operation. The training was carried out by grouping according to four departments of projects, special separation,trade and products. Each group wonderfully showed the abilities of individual representatives and teams, and also reflected the problems that some young people were short of experience and divisions of work were unclear. Through comments, some predecessors and leaders who have abundant experience gave opinions and suggestions to various groups’ performance, thus attaining the purpose of the training.
During the training, the small games were interspersed in the training activities; “Hot wheels” etc. teams, which were planned and cooperated by some testing teams, participated in the games to make the whole training process to be carried out in a relaxed and lively atmosphere. Finally, Mr. Meng Youguo, the chief inspector for the Center’s marketing, set a high value on the planning of expansion training and various groups’ performance, and summarized the work of the marketing department in the year. Mr. Meng instructed that, in future, we should continue to implement the marketing ways of large projects, large teams, large network, high view and broad services, and adhere to the strategic policy of “ Projects’ Overall Contracting, Information’s Resource Form and Market’s Internationalization” in the Center’s marketing position. It is hoped that all the Center’s marketing personnel can get improvement in professional makings; the cohesion and solidarity of the Center’s marketing teams can be consolidated, providing motive power for whole marketing position, even the Center’s development.
