As early as the beginning of 12th Five-year plan, HWC proposed talent strategy, meanwhile, in respect of innovation talent development, it actively carried out related work, declared a batch of “131”,“151”talent, established academician working station and HWC’s internal experts team. At present, HWC owns a member of Academy of Engineering, 7 experts enjoying special allowances from the government, 50-odd senior specialized technicians,70-odd intermediate specialized technicians, 6 doctors, 40-odd master, meanwhile, a batch of experts was engaged through establishment of the internal experts team, in it, 6 senior experts, 3 experts and 21 backup experts.
Enterprise’s post- doctor working station has played an important loading role in promoting cooperation of production- learning- research, quickening sci-tech fruits conversion, helping enterprise’s innovation and transformation course. HWC’s 13th panning is a driving force for doing well technical core- competitiveness; technical innovating mode talents are especially important for HWC’s development, therefore, HWC carried out declaration of Zhejiang Province post-doctor working station. For the future, HWC will further rely on the post-doctor working station to carry out topic researches, increase strength of scientific researches, establish cooperative mechanism for post-doctor training with the colleges and universities and their post –doctor mobile stations at home and abroad, fully play to HWC’s superiority in respects of theoretic researches and engineering practice, tamp talent training foundation of compound –type high level, further strengthen WHC’s self-innovation ability, boost core-competiveness, promote WHC’s sustaining and healthy development, and provide powerful support for HWC’s development of 13th Five Plan.
