Accompanied by the National Development and Reform Commission, an African enterprise delegation visited the seawater desalination base of Hangzhou Water Treatment Center (HWTT for short) on June 1. The delegation members watched our publicity film with genuine interest, visited our workshops and listened to our market personnel’s explanation earnestly. They spoke highly of our achievements, the base premises and the scale of our plants.
