Recently, the first national offshore islands large coal-fired power plant---zheneng Liuheng Power Plant Seawater desalination system built by HWTT passed entirely check and accept. This project will greatly relieve Liuheng’s water shortage, and make Liuheng Power Plant this heavy water consumption truly realize “working with our own hands, well fed and well clothed”.
HWTT provide LiuHeng Power Plant reverse osmosis 、energy recovery those key equipments’ design、purchase and install service. When the power plant’s reverse osmosis water production level up to 24000 tons per hour, watr production will be mainly used as power plant boiler feed water and plant life water. In the process of design, HWTT for the first time using large capacity energy recovery device PX-300, which is another innovation in seawater desalination system design. Aftet installation, the system debugging and running nearly half a year, and the local data shows produced water is with good quality and stability. Without doubt this is another approval of HWTT’s innovative design in seawater desalination system technology.
Zheneng Liuheng Power Plant located in Liuheng Island, Zhejiang Provience, is the first national offshore islands large coal-fired power plant, plan to build 4 sets of 1million KW kind unit, and there are other environmental protection facilities constructed at the same period with seawater desalination system，such as desulfurization and denitration facilities、electrostatic de – dust、wet dust removal , etc. Since the project schedule is very tight, HWTT organize and coordinate the project in many ways, such as an optimized design, sea land procurement coordination、strengthen the construction site，etc, which lay a solid foundation for the smooth implementation of the project.
