On this day beginning to work after “Horse-year’s spring festival”, an order of commendation came to the Center: Mr. Li Peng of the Center’s Engineering Department was granted praise by the owner of Philippines Puting Buto Project ----Shandong Power Engineering Consultation Institute Co., Ltd!
Philippines Puting Buto Project is a two-stage seawater desalination system with 30m3/h*2 sets; its technological process is: Seawater → Pre-treatment → UF → 2-stage RO → Mixed bed. According to the contract appointment, the Center takes charge of the supplies of the equipment and instrumentation beginning from “pretreatment” to “2-stage RO” of technological process, and these equipment’s installation and debugging, and does not undertake the project’s design. As the owner made the design for the system as our such water treatment trade for the first time, after Mr. Li Peng arrived on the spot, he discovered more problems in the installation diagram, such as having no installing port of the instrumentation, unreasonable design of mixed bed pipelines etc. In order to ensure the project’s installation to be carried out on schedule, Mr. Li Peng actively reviewed the system outside the battery limit of our work, further found out many problems, and guided the owner to improve the design, adopt remedial measures and carry out installation on spot, and effectively solve the technical problems for the owner. His sincere services were highly appreciated by the owner’s party. According to Mr. Li Peng’s outstanding performance, the owner’s party made a decision to award him PHP 26880 (converting to about RMB 4000 yuan).
At present, various work of Philippines Puting Buto Project is carrying forward steadily, and has come to the debugging stage. Mr. Li Peng’s positive, active, serious and responsible service consciousness has won the honor for the project, created benefits, and set up better brand image for the Center.
