On January 17, 2014, The Center held annual working meeting in 2014. the meeting aims to implement the spirit of the working meeting of the Group Company and General Company, summarize and review various respects’ working conditions in 2013, analyze facing situation at present, arrange various tasks in 2014, mobilize broad cadres and employees to make clear understanding of situation, change idea, do persistent efforts, further quicken the Center’s reforming pace, promote management upgrading, to make solid foundation of scale operation and ensure the Center developing unremittingly, healthfully and quickly.
In the meeting, Mr. Zheng Genjiang, the Center’s director, made a topic report on “Quickening Reforming Pace, Changing Operational Mode, Promoting Management Upgrading to Make Solid Foundation for Scale Operation”. The report points out that, in 2013, facing complicated macro economic situation, and increasingly violating competition situation in water treatment trade, all the Center’s employees came together, overcame difficulties, forged ahead to achieve remarkable achievements in respects of market development, scientific and technological innovation, managerial reform and ability construction etc.; sale incomes increased by 9.5 % on year, ranking 62th place in the Group System; profit increased by 12.3 % on year, ranking 20th place in the Group System, and 7th place in the General Company.
The report points out that, experiencing some years’ development, the Center’s market performances of seawater desalination rise rapidly, and has possessed the ability to participate in competition of international seawater desalination markets; the conditions that the Center enters into international seawater desalination markets has been basically ripe, thus, we should strengthen the opening up pace of seawater desalination market overseas.
The report also points out that, for recent years, with rapid development, electronic business has turned into an important measure to strengthen resource integration and extensively open up markets at home and abroad; electronic business marketing has been turning into an important part of enterprise developing strategy , thus, according to the characteristics of the water treatment trade, in 2014, under the leadership of Group Company and General Company, the Hangzhou Water Treatment Center, with establishing regional supermarket or mall as the highest target, will gradually promote the construction of electronic business platform, establish portal sites for electronic business service, build new platforms for the Center’s products and sale, form mutual complementation with line sale, make it turning into new economic growth point.
According to requirements of intensive and scale development, the director Zheng Genjiang arranged the working tasks in the report, and put forward concrete task targets, and working key points of six respects from strengthening marketing planning, standardizing big project management, grasping implementation of scientific and technological projects, unremitting promotion of management reform, grasping base construction and enterprise culture construction etc., making clear for the tasks and direction of all the work in 2014.

In the meeting’s summary, Mr. Wang Shougen, the Center’s vice director, pointed out that the meeting had clear theme, was pragmatic and efficient, further strengthened the confidence and motivation of doing well whole year’s work and implementing annual targets and tasks, formed a high consensus of thinking and action; this is a meeting of agglutinating force, encouraging morale.
