Currently, HWTT Office Department issued certificates and bonus to providers of reasonable suggestions. And here are the details:
1. First Prize for good ideas of recovering abandoned PNDF membrane fibers.
2. Second Prize for ideas of updating design and material of rack for assembling purpose.
3. Third Prize for suggestions of optimizing organization chart of HWTT science and developing department.
4. Consolation Prize for setting up HWTT Library.
After HWTT issuing the policy of managing reasonable suggestions in June, 2012, a lot of good and reasonable ideas are proposed by employees. The above prizes are concluded by a process of investigation, execution and evaluation.
The purpose of executing policy of managing reasonable suggestions is that improving HWTT internal management, fully developing employees’ creation and wisdom, as well as encouraging proposing good ideas from which some feasible and good ones will be discovered that can improve HWTT operation and management. Thus will increase income but reduce expenditure, improving working efficiency, promoting managing creation, strengthening internal activities, realizing the concept of Human Management, enhancing workers’ family and owner feel, as well as increasing HWTT operating efficiency and turn over.
