1. To establish Office of Information Management, and implement arrangement of informatization work for the general company;
2. To establish Office of Information Management of the unit and the enterprises under jurisdiction of the company according to the planning of the general company’s informatization;
3. To formulate talent training planning, and organize and carry out the activities of talent training;
4. To establish informatization managerial system and work flow to ensure informatization construction to conform to business development target;
5. To formulate annual informatization plan, balance and control related expenses, submit report to office of information management of higher authorities for approval;
6. To keep better communication and cooperation with office of information management of higher authorities to ensure the information system of unified deployment in the system to get effective implementation and management;
7. To apply the system supporting;
8. To establish managerial system at different grades of the persons in charge of information technology of the unit and its subordinate enterprises, key consumers and the person in charge of business; provide consumers with technical support and applying training, and collect business needs;
9. To propose improvement opinion for use of SAP, BWCM, OA etc. systems and suppliers’ services;
10. To assist production departments to heighten device’s self-control rate, and do well technical support for DCS system safety;
11. To take charge of the informatization projects of the unit and subordinate enterprises, and the formulation, verification and technical review of technical solution scheme, cooperate with purchasing departments to carry out related technical clarification and necessary commercial negotiation;
12. Infrastructure and information safety;
13. To establish, develop and promote related information system architecture and application, such as application and management of server and network etc.;
14. To establish managerial system of information safety to ensure data safety storage, availability and effective backups.
